The Info You’re After
What is CBD?
Cannabidiol is a popular natural remedy used for many common ailments. Better known as CBD, it is one of the 104 chemical compounds known as cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.
What does CBD oil do?
To answer this, we need to take a step back to address the endocannabinoid system, a system within the body whose receptors (CB1 and CB2) have an enormous impact on our health and well-being.
"CB1 receptors in the brain are associated with emotions, mood, appetite, coordination, movement, and pain," explains Stormy Simon, the former president of Overstock.com who recently left the corporate world to become an advocate for cannabis. "CB2 receptors are found in the immune system and throughout tissues of the spleen and tonsils."
What do CB1 receptors regulate?
Learning & Memory
Neuronal Development
Pain Receptors
Neuroinflammation & Degeneration
Appetite & Metabolism
Bone Mass Development
What do CB2 receptors regulate?

Will I have trouble with drug tests while using CBD?
Though our specific products do not test positive for THC there is, with all hemp products, a chance that consumption could trigger a positive drug test. Consult your doctor and/or employer if this is a concern.
